Lynne currently serves as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for Providence St. Joseph Health, a non-profit, faith-based health system of over 125K healthcare professionals, headquartered in Renton, WA. Lynne leads a team of human resources professionals with diverse responsibilities, including developing strategies for the HR digital and service experience, managing mergers & acquisitions, leading caregiver (employee) relations and operating HR service center and payroll functions.

Prior to joining Providence, Lynne was a partner with Wolf Leadership Development, LLC, consulting with organizations on talent management, leadership development and executive coaching. She has more than thirty years of HR experience in the public and private sectors, ranging from a career as a naval officer to management and senior executive positions with PepsiCo/Yum! Brands, Dell and USAA.

Lynne is a graduate of the Masters Leadership Program, Class XV (2019) and is serving as a member of the MLP board. She is also engaged in the community through Impact San Antonio.

Lynne graduated with the third class of women accepted into the U.S. Naval Academy, Annapolis, Maryland, and earned an MBA from Marymount University. Lynne holds certifications from the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and as a Master Coach with the International Coaching Council (ICC). Most recently, Lynne has been invited to serve as a Senior Faculty Member at the Josh Bersin Academy.
