Class XVI (2020)

Jennifer is a passionate supporter of lifetime learning and the Masters Leadership Program. She graduated in the Spring of 2020 (Class XVI – From Success to Significance) with lots of excitement about serving the community more impactfully.

In 2026, she joined the MLP Board and serves on the Programs Committee, as well as the Development and Marketing Committee. In 2025 she joined the MLPAA Board as Programs Vice Chair and becomes Chair Elect in July 2026. Her other current Board role is with The Ecumenical Center, which she joined in 2020. From 2018 to 2023, she served on the Board of Impact San Antonio, in various positions including President during the COVID years, VP Membership, Sponsorships Chair and Past President.

Her corporate background includes expertise in financial services marketing at American Express, Merrill Lynch and USAA. Key strengths include team leadership, executive decision making, balancing strategic and tactical approaches, problem solving, communicating impactfully and getting things done.

Jennifer earned her BA from Middlebury College in Vermont and her MBA in Marketing from Columbia Business School in New York City. She moved to San Antonio in 2012 to join USAA and happily remained here after retiring in 2019.
