Evita Morin, LMSW, is a nonprofit leader, consultant, and certified professional coach with over twenty years advancing mission-driven institutions across government, housing, mental & behavioral health, youth, and leadership.  A Columbia University alumna and licensed master social worker, she spent a decade as CEO of Rise Recovery, where she led the launch of San Antonio’s first recovery high school and expanded free services for teens, young adults, and families. Through her firm, MorinCo, she partners with mission-driven missions, foundations and boards, blending strategic insight, operational discipline, and empathetic leadership shaped by lived experience and deep commitment to community stewardship.  She's a woman of faith, avid reader, married to her best friend and business partner, and a mom to three humans, two dogs, two cats and a hedgehog. She loves sea glass finding, moose-watching and karaoke in her free time.
