SPECIAL NOTICE -- New Pre-payment Policy for all MLPAA Events

Before proceeding to sign up for an event we wanted to let you know that beginning this program year, July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, the MLPAA Board of Directors has established a new credit card pre-payment policy for all events where fees are charged. We believe this change will make the most efficient use of your annual dues investment, by assisting with advance event planning and reducing extra costs associated with no-shows. Pre-payment will also provide the convenience of online, along with the encrypted security that members expect. Your credit card transaction will be processed by the secure United Way Payment Service site, and you will be provided with a transaction confirmation.

Here is the fee structure for this program year:

• Welcome Back Social -- Members free; Guests $20
• Speakers Series -- Members and Current Class Free; Non-Members and Guests $20.
• Lunch ‘n Learn Events -- All attendees pay $15
• Members Only Social -- Members free; Current Class and Guests $20

We just wanted to make sure you were aware of this new credit card pre-payment policy before registering.

You may cancel your registration up to 72 hours prior to the event for a refund. After the cutoff, there are no refunds.
